WooCommerce Connector Documentation
Everything you need to connect your WooCommerce store to SKUuz using the official WordPress plugin.
Overview
The SKUuz Connector for WooCommerce is a free WordPress plugin that connects your WooCommerce store to the SKUuz PIM platform. It enables two-way product sync, real-time webhook updates, and centralized catalog management across all your sales channels.

- 2
Open the SKUuz settings page
In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce > SKUuz.
- 3

Paste your Organization ID into the field on the connection screen.
- 4

Click "Connect to SKUuz". The plugin will automatically generate secure API credentials, verify the connection, and register webhooks.
- 5
Verify the connection
You should see a green "Connected" status with your store details.
Importing Products
Once connected, click Pull Products to SKUuz to import your entire WooCommerce catalog. This includes:
- Simple products and variable products with all variations
- Pricing, inventory, and stock status
- Product descriptions, short descriptions, and SEO metadata
- Categories, tags, and product attributes
- Product images and galleries
The import is non-destructive — it creates or updates products in SKUuz without modifying anything in WooCommerce.
Real-Time Sync
The plugin registers webhooks for product.created, product.updated, and product.deleted events.
When you add, edit, or delete a product in WooCommerce, SKUuz is notified automatically and updates its catalog within seconds. Changes made in SKUuz can be pushed back to WooCommerce using the Publish Hub.
Disconnecting
Go to WooCommerce > SKUuz and click Disconnect. This revokes the API credentials and stops webhook sync. Your products in SKUuz are preserved. You can reconnect at any time.
