Is my data secure?

Yes. SKUuz follows industry-standard security practices: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Shopify and WooCommerce tokens are stored encrypted. API keys are hashed at rest — the plaintext is shown only once at creation. Each organisation's data is fully isolated. Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforce that users can only access data belonging to their organisation. Shopify webhook payloads are validated using HMAC signatures.

It analyses the product's title, category, and image file to produce concise, accurate alt text under 125 characters. In auto-approve mode, alt text is written directly to the image record. The Image Agent also supports the Image Studio for background removal, lifestyle image generation, and bulk e-commerce photo processing.

Each agent has a type (content, translation, pricing, validation, etc.), a trigger condition (on import, on schedule, on manual run), and an action configuration (which fields to generate, which pricing rules to apply, etc.). When triggered, agents process products through a queue and record their actions in the activity log. You configure agents once, then they run continuously as your catalog evolves. A cron-based dispatcher runs agents automatically, and a stuck-processing auto-reset ensures the pipeline never stalls.
