Back to Setup Guide

Configure your agents

Set up the autonomous agents that do the work — Content, Categorization, Validation, Pricing, Image, Translation, Schema, and Publish. Configure once; they run continuously.

Agents are the heart of SKUuz. Configure them once and they run continuously as your catalog evolves. Every paid plan includes all thirteen agent types.

Recommended setup order

  1. Categories & data model — build your category hierarchy and any custom/category-specific attributes.
  2. AI Content — create AI Field Prompts for the fields you want generated (description, SEO title, feature bullets).
  3. BrandGuard™ — add glossary terms that should never be translated or must use a fixed translation.
  4. Agents — create your Content, Categorization, Validation, Pricing, and Image agents.
  5. Publish hub — define publish rules and channel nodes.

Run mode: auto vs review

Each agent runs in auto-approve (changes apply immediately) or queue-for-review (changes wait in the Review Queue for your approval). Set this per agent — e.g. Content auto-approves while Pricing requires review. New accounts default to a safe, review-first posture.
