SKUuz offers multiple import methods you can mix and match:
- Shopify / WooCommerce / BigCommerce sync — pull your entire catalog in one operation.
- Spreadsheet upload — CSV or Excel (.xlsx) through the Import Hub, with auto-detected headers and a guided Upload → Map → Preview → Run wizard.
- ERP Import API — generate secure API keys and push data programmatically from your ERP or WMS.
- Manual entry — the Add Product form for individual products.
- Command Center Agent — drop a CSV or Excel file into the chat and the AI auto-maps columns and imports.
Every import is non-destructive — your source data is never modified — and each job is logged with row-level status reporting.
Import profiles
Save your column mappings, transform rules, duplicate-handling strategy, and header position as a reusable Import Profile — essential for recurring supplier or ERP feeds. The On Duplicate setting (Update or Keep) and Blank Cell Rule give you precise control over how imports interact with existing data.
Tip: configure your data model, categories, and agents before a large import so products enter a fully configured system.
