How AI credits are consumed, the four plan tiers, Launch Packs for initial enrichment, and how Shopify billing works for App Store merchants.
AI credits are the currency for all AI agent operations. A description costs 5 credits, a translation 2–3, a categorization 2, alt text 2. Non-AI operations (rule-based validation, formula-based pricing) consume zero credits. Usage is tracked in real time on the Command Center, and credits reset each billing cycle.
Plan tiers
Four tiers — Free, Starter, Growth, Professional — with increasing product limits, credit budgets, users, and channel connections. Every paid plan includes all eight agent types; the difference is the monthly credit budget and limits, not features. Pricing varies by platform (Shopify marketplace pricing vs direct), and all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. See the Pricing page for exact amounts.
Launch Packs
One-time credit purchases for initial catalog enrichment — cheaper per credit than overage, valid for 6 months, and consumed before monthly credits.
Running out of credits
AI operations pause until the next cycle; non-AI agents keep running. Buy a Launch Pack to resume immediately, or upgrade. Your data is never affected.
Shopify billing
For App Store installs, billing runs entirely through Shopify — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, with trials and plan changes managed in the Shopify billing flow.
