Publishing & channels
Publish rules auto-assign products to a channel hierarchy, readiness scoring flags what's ready, and the channel listener tracks exactly what changed since the last push.
Publishing controls how your catalog reaches each connected store.
Publish rules
Auto-assign products to publish hierarchy nodes based on conditions. A rule like 'product_type equals Snowboard' assigns all matching products to the Snowboard node. Rules support equals, not equals, contains, starts with, is empty, and is not empty operators, with AND/OR logic across condition groups. You can also manage rules via the Command Center Agent in natural language.
The publish hierarchy
A tree of nodes representing your storefront navigation or channel structure. Nodes can be auto-created from product_type values, from categories during import, or created manually for structures like 'Sale Items' or 'New Arrivals'.
The channel listener
Tracks which products have changed since their last push. Modifying a product's attributes, images, or variants marks it pending. The Channels → Publish page shows the pending count; 'Push to Shopify' sends all pending changes.
