Spreadsheet Upload lets you upload CSV or Excel files through a guided wizard: Upload → Map Columns → Preview → Run Import. The Command Center Agent also accepts direct file uploads — drop a CSV into the chat, and it auto-maps columns and imports. ERP Import API enables automated, programmatic data ingestion from external systems. Manual Entry lets you create individual products using the 'Add Product' form. All import methods are non-destructive and every import job is logged with row-level status reporting.

What file formats are supported for spreadsheet import?

During upload, you select which row contains your column headers (defaulting to row 1), preview the raw data, and then map each source column to a PIM attribute using the column mapper. The mapper auto-suggests matches based on header name similarity and includes intelligent synonym detection (e.g. 'Item Name' maps to 'title', 'Unit Cost' maps to 'cost_price'). Unmapped columns are passed through as custom attributes.

These two settings together give you precise control over how imports interact with your existing data.
