Do all plans get access to every agent type?

Yes. Unlike traditional tiered software that locks features behind higher plans, every paid SKUuz plan gives you access to all thirteen agent types — Content, Translation, Pricing, Image, Categorization, Validation, Schema, Publish, Product Ops, Reporting, Workflow, Import, and Command Center. The only difference between plans is the monthly credit budget, product count, and user/channel limits. This means a Starter customer has the same agent capabilities as a Pro customer, just with fewer credits to spend.

What are Launch Packs?

Launch Packs are one-time credit purchases designed for initial catalog enrichment. They're cheaper per credit than overage rates and let you speed up the onboarding process. Think of them as a one-time setup investment — your monthly subscription handles ongoing maintenance after that. Launch Pack credits are valid for 6 months from purchase and are consumed before monthly credits.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades also take effect immediately with prorated credits applied to your account. You can cancel to the Free plan at any time. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial on your first subscription, and remaining trial days carry over if you change plans during the trial.

How does Shopify billing work?

For merchants who install SKUuz from the Shopify App Store, billing is handled entirely through Shopify — no separate payment setup required. Plan charges appear on your Shopify invoice. The free connector model means the Shopify app install itself is free; core PIM features and AI credits are billed through Shopify's subscription system. Trial periods and plan changes are managed seamlessly within the Shopify billing flow.
